Hampo 003-1858 is a 1080P full HD color image global shutter camera module for accurate and fast capture of moving scenes at 60fps in 2MP resolution. This Global shutter USB camera features 1/2.6" AR0234 CMOS Image Sensor with pixel size of 3.0µm x 3.0µm and a dedicated high-performance Digital Signal Processor (DSP), that performs all the Auto functions (Auto White Balance, Auto Exposure control). This global shutter camera captures images at a high frame rate, which helps to minimize frame-to-frame distortion and reduce motion blur while capturing fast-moving objects to produce smoother images with greater scene details.

The AR0234 USB camera module has built-in a ir-cut infrared filter, which could auto switch day and night mode depand on the light.

Both global shutter and ir cut technology makes it suitable for applications such as Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR),Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), Gesture Recognition, Robotic Vision, Drones, Barcode Scanning, Factory Automation, Conveyor Monitoring Cameras, Position tracking and Traffic Monitoring Systems.

Day & Night Vision Auto Swith
The motorized (switchable) IR-CUT filter and infrared LED can be triggered by the photo resistor according to the light
environment to be ON/OFF to block or pass the infrared light.This day&night vision and WDR camera is based on 1/2.7" AR0230 CMOS image sensor with advance 3.0µm pixel BSI technology from ON Semiconductor. It has S-mount (M12) lens holder which allows customers to choose and use the lens according to their requirement.

Global shutter mode in an image sensor allows all the sensor's pixels to start exposing and stop exposing simultaneously for the programmed exposure period during every image acquisition. After the end of the exposure time, pixel data readout begins and proceeds row by row until all pixel data has been read. This produces non-distorted images without wobble or skewing.
